These bone pains that you are experiencing may be due to Arimidex, as this drug has an effect in bone and mineral metabolism that can give rise to this pain. Stopping Arimidex for about 2-3 weeks would eventually result in reduction of pain if this is really the case, but this should be discussed well with your oncologist.
However, any new pain in a patient with a history of cancer should still be worked up as possibly related to cancer until proven otherwise. A bone scan may be in order, as well as a PET-scan if warranted. Other simpler work ups such as X-rays of the chest and spine are often times already sufficient.
