Hi. I've reviewed the information from your previous posts (I've also placed a comment on your other post). The increased eosinophils in the blood, as well as the easy fatigue, bloody nose, leg bruises, and heavy menstrual flow seem to point to a hematologic problem. I'm considering a diagnosis of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) in your case. This is a condition where the body develops antibodies to one's own platelets, causing their destruction and depletion. The decrease in platelets then leads to a tendency for bleeding and easy bruising. You may need to have serial blood counts done to document decreasing platelet counts. The one symptom which you have that is inconsistent with ITP is the presence of a "lump". Can you describe it further? Where is it located? What is it's consistency (hard, soft, firm, etc.)?
I still hold the opinion that the best thing that you can do is to see an Internist so you can get properly evaluated. There's no substitute for a face to face encounter with the doctor. Since the doctors in this forum can only rely on the descriptions you give us, we can only give a rough guess as to what your condition really is.
