Cutaneous lymphoma can manifest with itching, however, itching does not necessarily mean that you have lymphoma. The absence of other symptoms of lymphoma makes the diagnosis less probable, let alone the rarity of the condition, and the existence of other more common possibilities (fungal infection, psoriasis, serborrheic dermatitis, drug reactions, allergic dermatitis, etc).
It is still recommended that you have this evaluated by a dermatologist. If there is a definite lesion such as a rash or a plaque, then the dermatologist may need to a biopsy.
