My husband has been diagnosed with prostate cancer which has metastasized to the bones. He is experiencing excruciating pain. The pain meds don't seem to be working. Should I transport him to the emergency room? He is scheduled for more hormone therapy in a few weeks. He has completed two rounds of radiation therapy. Last round was completed in April.
