Hi there.
Testicular cancer would usually present with a painless mass on one of your testicles that can be felt from the outside of the scrotum. This is the usual presentation but testicular cancer can also present without any other symptoms, especially if the involved testicle is undescended (still inside the abdomen).
Intraabdominal testicular cancers are very hard to suspect especially if this produces no symptoms. If ever they become asymptomatic, they would usually present with bladder or bowel obstruction, or a vague intraabdominal pain.
Testicular cancer is curable even in the advanced stages. Treatment would usually require surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy.
regards.
