Does testicular cancer present ON the testicle itself rather than in the peripheral tissues? I have a small granule within
each side of my scrotum. Each one is about the size of an uncooked rice grain. They are motile, not directly on each
testicle. The one on the right side seems smaller and a bit harder than the other. The one on the left seems to be the
periphery, in or near the epididymal tissue. I have noticed the one on the right for about 10 years. The one on the left may
have been present as long, but I have never noticed it, until over a year ago. They do not change in size, shape, or texture.
I have heard of epididymal cysts, but from what I have seen online, those are rather large and fluid-filled. Should I be
concerned?
