Answer by Dr Noopur S, MD  on Wed 03, Sep 2008 10:23am:

Hi, How are you? The main symptoms of fibroids are heavy bleeding, intermenstrual bleeding, pelvic pressure, urinary incontinence, and constipation and leg pains. Fibroids do not cause yellowish discharge from the vagina. Yellow discharge usually indicates vaginal infection. I would suggest you to consult your OBGYN about it. Take care!
