brain tuma - Laser treatment on large tumors

my father has a brain tuma(hemangioblastoma)and it is approx 6 cm.the surgeons at kings in London(England)say it is too dangerous to operate as could kill him or be left severely disabled so he has just been left to make the most of the time he has left which could be 1/2 years who knows.My question is is that ive heard about a type of lazer treatment that is carried out in Germany on larger tumas,do you know about this and can you give any details as i dont want to give up on my father no matter what the cost.Thankyou

Hi. Hemangioblastomas account for 1 to 2% of all intracranial tumors. Common locations include the cerebellar hemisphere, vermis (part of the cerebellum), brainstem, spinal cord, and the cerebrum. Treatment options for hemangioblastoma include surgery, radiation therapy, and radiosurgery. Complete surgical resection is curative if the tumor can be readily accessed. This is particularly true for cerebellar hemangioblastoma. If the tumor is unresectable, recurrent, or incompletely excised, radiation therapy and radiosurgery (using gamma knife or modified linear accelerators
