I just noticed an enlargement on one side of my collarbone. It is hard and does not move. It does not hurt.I had stage 1
uterine cancer 3 years ago and everything has been ok. Should I call the oncologist? Could it be a goiter from too much
synthroid?

Hi.
Any new occurrence after a previous diagnosis of cancer can really raise these concerns and I understand your situation.
Your description of this as being hard makes a goiter diagnosis unlikely. This can be a bony enlargement, a hard thyroid nodule or an enlarged lymph node (which at this point is really very hard to tell if there is a relation to your previous cancer).
As there are several possibilities, I suggest that you inform your doctors about this to have it properly examined.
Regards and God bless.
