Hi, You could check out Hoaxbuster.net or Breakthechain.org, these sites collect internet hoaxes. You could also check out the American Cancer Society website for information. This institution was established to be the authoritative source for cancer information. Of course, there would be websites (links to this website included) which would scream conspiracy against the ACS and all oncologists (let’s call it the orthodox method for this post) for recommending toxic and disfiguring treatments and recommend taking vitamins and supplements. Vitamins and supplements are not being ignored, they are undergoing evaluation, and not all of them may be as safe as they were once believed. A disparity in the robustness of evidence makes the difference. Evaluating treatment in humans takes years to complete, but this is the only way to make sure that they work. The non-orthodox thinkers will take evidence in cancer cell lines or mouse date as definitive (ignoring the fact that a cancer cell in a Petri dish has no stomach, liver or kidney which would affect the actual delivery of the treatment agent). Happy hunting.
