	Answer by Dr. Harsh Abbott (oncologist) on Thu 28, Jan 2010 09:35am: Hi, without actual physical examination it is difficult to diagnose it as genital warts as there are several similar conditions which may mimic a wart or big pimple like bartholin cyst, folliculitis, clogged sweat glands which if infected may lead to folliculitis or small abscess and can be painful , genital herpes, molluscum contagiosum, human papilloma virus to name a few. Most are minor and require little or limited treatment or minor surgical procedure like incision and drainage, others are STDs and are managed mostly conservatively. Therefore I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for these possibilities. Thanks.
