Hypothetically, what is the chance of receiving cancer if you inhale and inject lung cancer cells from an immortal cell line?

Hello,

Inhalation of cancer cell lines is not known to cause/spread cancer. Relax! (But next time use the hood and airflows as directed by your labs SOPs!!)
