Hi,
Depending on your age and your age, the actual estimates would vary.
Your post makes no clear description. A cyst refers to a fluid filled mass, but solid means there is no fluid.
You either mean:
a purely solid mass and you are asking if this is a cyst
or
a mixed (part solid part cystic) presentation
Either way the presence of the solid component will make the risk of malignancy high (around 80% or more of cancers may have such solid features). Your doctor would likely pursue more tests and appraise the benefit /risk of more invasive methods.
