Ovarian cysts may not always be cancerous. Symptoms of ovarian cancer are non-specific and therefore it tends to get diagnosed at later stages. Some of the symptoms include dyspepsia, abdominal discomfort, decreased appetite, abdominal pain, altered bowel habits etc. It may be asymptomatic in early stages. As far as symptoms of other cancers are concerned, they are variable and depend on the type and site of the cancer so one cannot generalize. Please talk to your gynaecologist regarding the cysts.
