Hi there.
I have entered your data in the Ajuvant! online program which is a conglomeration of prognostic factors for breast cancer.
Without treatment (chemo or hormonal treatment) the 10 year survival rate is about 63%. Chemotherapy and hormonal therapy would add about an additional 16.7% survival benefit (on top of the 63%).
However, this model still does not take into account the Her2 status and the Oncotype Dx scores. Since you are her2 negative and have a low oncotype score, it is reasonable to assume that these survival figures can be higher (say about at least 5% more on top of the above figures).
Regards and God bless.
