Hi,
Your question is simple but the presence of multiple factors makes the answer pretty complex. The best estimate would depend on how extensive (what stage) is each of the cancers mentioned. Limiting the estimate only to the information you supplied, one perspective is to look at the most lethal of the cancers given; which would be pancreas. Even for a successfully removed pancreatic cancer – the 5 year survival rate is 40%. Testicular cancer has an excellent chance for cure- although it sounds more advanced because there was a requirement for chemotherapy. The bladder cancer was likely a superficial one if its removal required no further treatment. The cancer in the penis though, if it is indeed a primary cancer would raise the possibility of surgical removal as well, so the plan of chemotherapy only is not very consistent. It would be a good idea to discuss the matter with his doctors should you get a chance to do so.
Stay positive.
